Shipping policy

Please allow up to 10 days processing time for your order (custom engraved boards may take up to 14 days to process). We will send a shipping confirmation email once the board has shipped. Please allow (3-10) business days for Canadian orders and (5-10) business days for U.S. orders once item has shipped. 

 

Please note: once the boards have been shipped and handed off to our shipping partners we cannot be responsible for any shipping delays. Despite trying our absolute best to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner, we are ultimately at the mercy of our national and international courier partners.
